After nearly a decade at SYPartners helping CxOs transform their organizations, I kept seeing the same two problems: organizations flying blind, with no real picture of how they behave, and leaders not getting the support they need to deliver the performance expected of them in today's work environment. It inspired me to build something new: AI that democratizes access to exceptional leadership while creating unprecedented psychological safety for growth.
